A self compassion circle with a brief mindfulness meditation. The purpose is to help us become more aware of what is going on inside, and turn self judgment into self kindness.

We will also discuss general self care and self love, and the topic for this circle is: Law of attraction. How can self compassion or self love help us manifest our desires?

This is a great space to connect with others, so we can inspire each other on our journeys. I encourage new people to join, as well as people who have attended circles before. The introduction to the topic will be kept brief, to keep the circles from becoming repetitive for people who have joined previously.

Agenda
1. Introductions. Everyone will get a chance to introduce themselves to the group. What brought you here? How has your self compassion practice been going?
3. Maria goes over the basic practice of self compassion.
4. Maria leads us through a 10 min self compassion mindfulness meditation.
5. Members are invited to share their experience of the meditation.
6. Discussion questions on self compassion and law of attraction.
