For this evening we will consider methods that dowsers use to influence the weather.
Some access the weather divas who control the weather by planning things and overseeing their development, and the weather spirits who actually do the work of moving things around; setting up high and low pressure areas, routing streams of warm and cold air, wet and dry air, the jet streams, fogs and all the other components that go to make up the weather.
Some look at the patterns, frequency or flows. Some look through the eyes of a shaman.
For this evening we will delve into tried and tested effective protocols which you can use. Bring your dowsing tools.
