L.E.A.N. Mommy is an 8-week nutrition & weight-loss course.
L.E.A.N. stands for Learning Eating Awareness & Nutrition. LEAN Mommy is NOT a diet, but a healthy lifestyle for you and your family.
Participants lose an average of 1 ½ pounds per week, you can too!

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU SAID YOU WANTED TO LOSE WEIGHT?
You've tried lots of different diets and many different exercise regimes. Each time, you have great motivation and you're sure that you can do it. But, something happens and the same obstacles continue to get in the way of your success. The truth is that we all know what we're supposed to eat. Truly, don't you know that steamed chicken and veggies are better for you than pizza and French fries? The question is: why don't we make those better choices? The answer is that a lifetime of habits, thought processes and behaviors can't simply be undone.
As mommies, we know that we start using food as a tool at a very young age. How often have you offered your child a treat for a reward, to keep them entertained, to distract them or just to keep them happy? If you haven't, you probably will. So you know that you have developed your own thought patterns over a long period of time.
The key to L.E.A.N. is to make very small steps to get you to a lifetime of better eating. Instead of anything dramatic, try making one better choice each day. If you normally eat 2 pieces of pizza, try 1 and a half. If you normally use a green tube in Stroller Strides, try a red tube. Those little choices will add up and will make a big difference in the long run.
The focus of L.E.A.N. is to change the way you look at food. It’s about diet, as in what you eat, not dieting, which usually focuses on what you don’t eat.
L.E.A.N. will help empower you to make lifestyle changes that last; as a result you are able to lose weight through proper nutrition and exercise.
