London Playmovement Gathering

Playmovement is a safe place to explore a movement practice constantly changing inspired by... our animal instinct! Instead of being specializer we will be generalist.
The workshop develops through many games, mostly performed in pairs and 'incidentally' touches all possible angles of development of body language from coordination and zero forms, to mobility, strenght, resilience, balance, explosiveness, reactivity.... easier to try than to describe!

Since we will use interactive games all times, it's also another good way to make new friends .
