Se trata de una clase de Vinyasa Krama en el bonito ambiente de Playa de Barceloneta❤
Combinaremos diferentes técnicas de meditación, respiración, visualización y movimiento que nos ayudarán fortalecer y limpiar nuestro cuerpo y mente.
Buscaremos una conciencia completa en cada movimiento con la intención a traer la energía creada en las diferentes aspectos de nuestra vida fuera de la esteria 🙏
La clase esta apta para todos los niveles.Daremos variaciones adecuadas para cada individuo.

ENGLISH:

It is a class of Vinyasa Krama in the beautiful atmosphere of Barceloneta Beach❤
We will combine different techniques of meditation, breathing, visualization and movement that will help us strengthen and cleanse our body and mind.
We will seek a complete awareness in each movement with the intention to bring the energy created in the different aspects of our life outside of the yoga mat🙏
The class is suitable for all levels. We will give appropriate variations for each individual.
