Azure Kubernetes Service – Facts, myths and why it’s awesome
Demand for Kubernetes is hot, but considerations for the best solution may vary considerably per use case. Leading cloud providers offer managed alternatives for “vanilla” Kubernetes, each with their own specific implementation. So, which one is right for you? In this session we take a closer look at Azure Kubernetes Service, an offering based on the Microsoft Azure cloud.
In the past years, we have been working on multiple projects that leverage Azure Kubernetes Service. During this session, our experienced experts will share their thoughts, findings, and real-life scenarios where AKS made a difference.
During this session we’ll dive into:
• The facts and myths of AKS
• The integrations that AKS has with the Azure platform
• How a managed offering like AKS can add value on to of “vanilla” Kubernetes
• New features we are looking forward to
Join us and experience how Wesley Haakman (Lead Azure Architect & MVP) and Richard Hooper (Azure Architect & MVP) will share their thoughts, findings, and real-life scenarios where AKS made a difference.
