(En)Lighten Up in 2012!!! We've started a wellness support group to assist all in Lightening up and Enlightening up in 2012. All are welcome to attend. Here's to (En)Lightening up in 2012!!
We will be following the "Course in Weight-loss" by Marianne Williamson and doing some enlightening activities, sharing, and even a drum circle now-and-then.
