This is being heavily marketed across FB groups, other meetup groups, etc. The guest RSVPs never reflect the number of people we get at our events (typically 75 to 150. This event is capped at 110 people. To reserve a spot, venmo Nicole your $25 cover or you can pay cash at the door.

7pm to 10pm
you can arrive early if you want to get dinner/apps beforehand on the 1st or 2nd floor and can stay there after 10pm. Will check people in, starting at 6:45pm.
Parking is free but it gets tight so arrive early. Please arrive as close to the start time as you can.
AGE RANGE: Due to member response, this will be a suggested age range of 35 and over but anyone over 21+ can attend. The last event at Churchville on Valentine's Day averaged from ages 40s to 60s.
Spread the word for people to join the group and on the mixers. This is where all mixers/events will be posted. I'd rather have them further apart so there are more people at each one (even though I typically have 75 to 150+ people)
55 men's tickets / 55 women's tickets. Can fit 115 people & we expect to sell out (5 tix for people running it). If we sell out you can DM Nicole or me to be added to a wait list.

• 1st & last name of attendees, including yourself and anyone else you are buying for

You'll be added to the list of attendees to be checked at the door, the night if the event. Nicole will reply back your ticket has been secured.

or your payment will be returned, minus the amount Venmo deducted, and you will not be issued a ticket.

Everyone will buy their own food & drinks by giving your credit/debit card to the wait staff. Please make sure to tip staff. They are giving us the courtesy of letting us use their 2nd floor space privately. Let's support them. They were very pleased with the results of our Valentine's Day event and invited us back.
People don't have to be a member of the group to attend the mixers. You have to be single (NOT married, not engaged, in an exclusive relationship/not in an open/ENM relationship, etc.).
If people have been removed due to blocking admin, or posting/helping to solicit outside singles events W/O permission, spamming people in DMs, or the people removed bc of a potential conflict of interest w/someone who added in them last Fall, who was supposed to (never did) start their own events & I just didnt want that drama - it wasn't personal against those removed people, etc.. They can rejoin but they have to request to join themselves vs being added):.ALL of those people CAN attend. People removed for creepy or bad behavior in the group = CANNOT ATTEND.
