Chris Ozols: One Night Werewolf - a real time websocket multiplayer game based on the MERN stackbody: Werewolf is an unusual game in a category it more or less created - social deduction. It is a game of two teams, the informed minority (werewolves) vs the uninformed majority (villagers). I've created a variant of it as a single-page application written in ES2015 and using Mongo, Express, React, and Node, among others. I'll explain the rules, show a demo, and then show some code and talk about some of the challenges and gotchas in developing this application and the key concept behind it - its semi-isomorphic model. Its an increasingly popular party game, will it work as a web game? Help me find out.
