JUST ART

I decided to create a really simple online event to try to get to meet a few of you and find out what interests you in the art field. To find out how I can be of greatest service to you.

I do have some pretty cool ideas that I would love to combine with your own secret desires of what you would love to create or be more confident in.

Slowly I will be developing a course of techniques and formulations for letting go of inhibitions and restrictions that we can easily hold onto within our creative practice and process.

For me personally, this has been a profound journey of self discovery, learning about our beautiful earth home, the inhabitants and all of the unseen magic, that is available to us in this gorgeous dream of what we are able to create.

I look forward to you joining me and unravelling some of these secrets together.

I have started the exchange as a low number so that lots of you can get involved online. As this progresses and we are able to move into physical spaces and meet one another, there may be more costs, to rent spaces, or hire models... and even for me to purchase materials for you too share as a group so that we can work together with a variety of interactions, such as clays, charcoals, watercolours, inks etc...

For now, I ask that you gather something to work with... this could be anything, even things that you can find around the home, or in nature.

This is an open explorative space, and if you would simply like to join us and work on your own thing, this is also fine.

Please come prepared for the meet up with your materials laid out and ready to work with. We will begin with a small introduction to possible tasks and ideas of what we can work on for the session, and then pause to have a break and to share. In some sessions we will have a short meditation and some times we will have music, or I might ask you to silence your screens and play your own transcendental sounds...

Sometimes you will be guided to partake in short tasks, that will build your practice and technique. Other goals will be to learnt remove the expectation of creating something perfect.

We will work with various themes throughout the sessions, such as chaos and structure, the seasons, plants, trees and flowers, people, still life, imagination, texture, colour etc...

Be prepared for the discovery of the unknown, and bring your openness and readiness to become immersed in creativity, to become inspired and to maybe receive a few life quotes along the way...
