We're going hiking to Garibaldi Lake and camping there for a night and will hike to Panorama Ridge the next morning. We will camp in the wilderness (without any campground or washroom) and you need to buy a permit through the link below. For wilderness camping to need to know LEAVE NO TRACE wilderness camping techniques and YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS ON YOUR OWN.

  • Also, you need to have participated in one of the previous hiking events to be able to join this event.

Attendance:
Please finalize your attendance 24 hours before the hike, and in case of more than 2 no-shows, you will have less chance to join future hikes!
Please don't bring any guests! (Your guests need to join the meetup event individually)
Carpooling:
You can offer or request carpooling with an $8/hour rate in the group's comments. Please don't post long chats in the comments, instead of using direct messaging.
Fitness:
Please be aware of your level of fitness and compare it with hiking info and if you're not sure, please talk with the organizer about it.
Safety:
Your face should be visible in your profile in case of an emergency.
Please make a family member or close friend aware of your hiking plan and your location before the hike! If you need medicine or you have a medical condition, please be prepared before the hike and talk with the organizer about it! We try to have a suitable pace for everyone and will care for each other on the hike, but at the same time, everyone on this hike is fully responsible for their safety and the organizer doesn't have any responsibility for any incident.
