Christmas Lunch in Shimo-Kitazawa

Join us for our Christmas/Festive lunch celebration.
Please note that we already have several participants registered through another group: see here

Whether you’re a frequent member of our events or joining us for the first time, we look forward to you joining us.

Members will be of many different nationalities, so please join us and make some new friends.

Included:
One alcoholic/soft drink
Festive Turkey meal (or vegetarian lasagna)*
Dessert
Coffee

*please notify me if you require a vegetarian meal.

We will meet at SHIMO-KITAZAWA Station on the Odakyu/Keio Line at 12.30pm. **Please kindly ensure you arrive punctually** - if you can't arrive at this time, please tell me, go directly to GOOD HEAVENS (Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Dbu4wQpSn331ifA39) and ensure you arrive **BEFORE** 12.55pm.

Event fee:
¥4800 - early discount if you pay by 12th December
¥5500 on/after 13th December.

All payments via PayPay, or in cash at an earlier event. If don't have PayPay, please ask a friend or coworker to do the transaction for you (give them cash!).

Your reservation is not guaranteed without prepayment.

Cancellation policy: ONLY ACCEPTED BY LINE MESSAGE

• Full refund if cancellation is notified before 8pm on 18th December.
• 50% refund if cancellation is notified before before 8pm on 19th December.
• 25% refund if cancellation is notified before before 8pm on 20th December.
• Cancellation after 8pm on 20th December, or no-showing, will not be refunded.
