Description: African Dance with live African Drumming: will include traditional and contemporary dance styles (Bijagos, Balanta, Fula, and Manjaco) from Guinea Bissau. African Dance is a great way for people to enjoy themselves while having an amazing workout and learning a facet of culture from Guinea Bissau.

Organizers Note* I have taken African classes for years and was a part of a African Dance Company. I love African Dance it is exciting, expressive and dynamic. We will have a lot of fun.
