Outdoor Hybrid Boot Camp - Monday 10am

Details
This hour long session will include a dynamic warmup, cardio & interval training sweat session, body weight based strength training, cool down stretch and meditation to start the day right.
What to bring: Come dressed in comfy workout clothes (and dress for the weather). Running Shoes. A water bottle. A yoga mat (or towel to lie on the ground).
A positive attitude and a smile. And a willingness to be challenged.
Very Important: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can get to know you, answer any of your questions, and sign in.
