Do you meditate but struggle to keep a clear mind for more than a few seconds at a time?

MMMMM…..FREE Taster Meditation Sessions! YAY!
Class Structure:
We will start right on time every morning (as I can appreciate that people need to get to work).
7am Gentle movement (from Dru Yoga) to release energy blockages in the body, and to calm the body, in preparation for the meditation.
7:15am Pranayam (breathing techniques) to clear the mind of over thinking, over stressing, and over worrying, in preparation for the meditation.
7:30am Meditation. This will be broken up into three distinct sections.
Section 1: Using the breath to relax the body
Section 2: Guided Visualisation
Section 3: Grounding and settling the body, affirmations and bringing you back into the present moment.
This meditation is suitable for absolute beginners to those who meditate regularly.
Bring comfortable clothing for yoga, and a water bottle. There are yoga mats, meditation pillows and blankets provided, but you’re welcome to BYO if you like.
You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes and your breakfast with you, and get organised for work before you leave.
The yoga, pranayam and meditation that we do requires no previous experience, and people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels are catered for.
Bookings are essential as there are limited spaces.

You’re welcome to come to as many tasters as you like, but you must book in this Meetup Group.
