Espresso Workshop at Stoll

Dear Coffee Lovers,

always dreamed to know more about coffee ?

Do you want to know coffee from the plant to the perfect espresso? How to set up properly your grinder ? How to extract correctly an espresso shot ? This workshop is for you!

I propose to have a 3 hours and 30 minutes workshop with Shem Leupin, the Swiss 2013 Barista Champion. Here is a video to give you an idea : Shem Leupin: Hauptprobe Weltmeisterschaft 2013 (http://vimeo.com/65975414).

The price is 130 CHF and Shem takes a maximum of 4 persons in order to let everybody a chance to practice. 4 is also the minimum persons.

I negotiate with him to have those workshop on Saturday in the morning that you all have an opportunity to participate.
