Workshop: Intro to the Web and Javascript Basics

A special Let's Code Together meetup hosted by Label A at their Amsterdam office! This is the first (1 of 3) in a series of Javascript Workshops with Let’s Code Together.

What we'll do at this Meetup:
A relaxed afternoon to meet other enthusiastic lady coders in Amsterdam. We will have an Introduction to Javascript workshop covering the following topics:

-Understanding how a website works
-Javascript concepts: variables, functions, event listeners
-How to add Javascript to your website

What to bring:
Bring yourself, your laptop, your ideas (or just your enthusiasm!)

Important : Please make sure your laptop is installed with your editor of choice (Atom, SublimeText and VisualStudio Code are great, and free)

13:00 Doors Open - networking and refreshments
13:30 Meetup officially starts with a round of introductions from the group
13:45 Welcome from Label A
14:00 Workshop attendees will hack in pairs, others work away on your own projects
16:00 Concluding remarks and closing
