Join us for a simple and quiet meditation gathering in nature.
This is a space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through stillness, presence, and silence. All are welcome, no experience needed.
We will begin with the sound of a bell, sit in silence for 45 minutes, and close with another bell.
After the meditation, you’re welcome to quietly leave, take a contemplative walk, or connect with others.

📍 Meeting Point:
We will meet near the park entrance by the bathrooms. On the right-hand side, there is a covered picnic area with tables and benches. We’ll meet there.
We will wait about 5 minutes, then walk together to a quiet spot in the park.

⏰ Important:
Please arrive on time. Once we begin, we will be in silence and won’t be able to guide late arrivals.
If you arrive late, you’re welcome to quietly look for the group and join if you find us, or join us next time.
