Reiki I Certification
Details
Reiki is a gentle Japanese Healing Technique. We are made up energy that flows within us and around us. As illness and dis-ease manifests, energy becomes blocked and stagnant. Removing these blocks can open up the healthy flow of energy needed to maintain a happy and healthy body. This in turn restores balance and allows the body to heal itself. Reiki can be used to heal physical as well as emotional and spiritual issues.
During a Reiki session a client is only required to relax on a massage table, fully clothed resting comfortably. A practitioner may place their hands gently on a client's head, shoulders, knees, and feet or some practitioners move energy without touching the client at all. Reiki is also extremely beneficial when used in conjunction with traditional healing with any disease or injury.
