Mushroom Inoculation Party September 2018

Come meet, share, and grow with fellow fungi lovers!

We will...

• Inoculate pasteurized substrate (spoiler: we will use straw this time!)
• Make a Oyster mushroom grow kit to cultivate your own mushrooms at home
• Hang out and enjoy some calming and immune boosting Reishi mushroom tea

3pm-4pm: Inoculation & grow kits making
4pm-6pm: Tea & hangout

All needed materials will be provided: pasteurized substrates, spawn, gloves, bags, containers, and basic tools. Previous cultivation experience is not required. It's all about getting your hands dirty (or...clean indeed) and learning!

Ticket: $20
At door: $25

Drop-ins are welcome but please do your best to RSVP so we can prepare the right amount of materials (which takes some work ahead of time!). Funds from ticket sales will be used to purchase supplies and cover organizing cost. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Please contact us for more info!
