Mindful Movement Yoga is a yoga class designed specifically for Veterans to compliment integrative trauma and PTSD treatment. Discovering wholeness and healing through mind and body movements of yoga where positions flow in a more relaxed way.

Participants must show Military or Post membership ID for free entrance, will need towels, water, blanket and socks/footies, journal and pen.
