Chakra Energy Clearing & Balancing

In this class we will clear & balance our energy. This is very helpful for centering, calming, balancing our internal self, body and experience which often is then reflected and seen in our external experiences in the world. Balancing your energy can assist you in gaining relief from mental and physical challenges as well.

Class Outline

A Chakra Meditation will open the class

The chakra meditation is deeply relaxing and opens, clears and balances the chakra energy centers. This mediation also grounds your energy and connects you to the Divine.

Individual Tuning Fork Chakra Clearing & Balancing

Treatment for Each Class Participant

Each class participant will be introduced to the benefits of chakra tuning forks and receive a tuning treatment. The first set of forks will be toned for each individual in the class. The second set of forks will be toned as they lay on the table and feel the chakra fork tones in their body
