This is a great opportunity to challenge your social anxiety!
Do you struggle with these types of things: starting conversations with strangers, smiling at strangers, talking to a group of strangers, talking on the phone when strangers can hear you. If you do, or have similar challenges, then this event will hopefully help.
The plan is to form a small group where we'll find out what sort of challenges people want to do. As well as the challenges above, if you're feeling brave enough we'll also be doing things like free hugs, star jumps, lying down in the street and random acts of kindness. Afterwards, people can feedback to the group how they feel it went. The idea is that by facing your fears with the help of a supportive group you'll be able overcome some of your social anxiety challenges and feel more confident.
