HOW TO HEAL DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY
In times of great anxiety, emotional distress, grief, loss, turbulence or shock many of us turn to medication in the form of anti-depressants, pills to help us sleep, and medications to keep us focused during the day, or prescription painkillers to numb any grief or stress we’re experiencing.
Some people also resort to other substances like inappropriate use of food, alcohol, marijuana, cocaine or indeed any activity, work, power, money, sex, rage can all be used to release emotional pain often with serious consequences for ourselves and our loved ones.

There has been much written about the “epidemic” of medication both prescribed and over the counter that is being used by many of us to help us deal with depression and you don’t have to search far on google to start finding this information.

MY EXPERIENCE
I have suffered a good fair share of depression, anxiety, emotional turbulence, grief and loss and I am quite sure that one of the main reasons I am still firing on all cylinders, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally on all levels is because I used a variety of methods to heal which I will explain in this webinar.
I developed my own mind, body, spirit, emotions way which led on to me becoming a counsellor and mentor teaching others the methods I have used.
My methods won’t be for everyone and for some people the use of medication or traditional psychotherapy will be the recommended course of action. I do not come at this using any medical, psychological, psycho-therapeutic qualifications. I simply share my experience as an ordinary person who has been committed to the path of self-healing. And I would ask that you consider the evidence before making the decision to go down the path of using either medication or any form of addictive substance or activity to try to cope with, heal, clear your own emotional pain.
