Virtual Group Strength Training for 2023 Goals

Now is the perfect time to start your New Year's goals!
***YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CAMERA ON UPON ENTERING THE MEETING.
***Please arrive no later than 7:05pm EST in order to be let in.
This dynamic strengthening class combines a special blend of meditation, coaching, motivation, and mind/body high-intensity, low impact strengthening techniques.
The class begins with a warm-up, breathing and body awareness followed by 30-45 minutes of weight lifting, manual resistance exercises, calisthenics, HIIT & other training tools; covering a full-body routine followed by a light centering stretch.
You can use everyday household items or dumbells, along with laser focus and determination to get an empowering full-body workout!
The group collaboration, motivation, and energy in this class will be unlike any other class you've experienced.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
***MUST ARRIVE ONTIME TO BE LET IN.
Some recommended props to have available if you do not have weights at home (listed by priority):
•Two 1 gallon water containers full •Backpack (filled with weighted items)
•Hard cover books
•Chair
•Hand Towel
