Over the past several years, working with buyers wasn’t easy….

Lack of inventory….
Bidding wars….
No contingencies….

It was so tough that many agents shifted their focus to sellers - where the easy money was…

And that worked for well a while. The reality was that you could sign a listing and get paid in 45 days from start to finish.

But that’s over…..

And so we need to adjust…..

In this shifting market, buyers are the new sellers and because of that your strategies need to shift.

The good news is that generating buyer leads is a lot easier than generating seller leads, BUT you still need to be able to build enough value both on the phone and on the face to face in order to get a buyer to work with you(you aren’t the only agent who can service them you know).

  2. How can provide enough value with a buyer that they not only like you but need and want to work with you

  3. What the conversation itself should look like(how to have a conversation to understand their needs fully and then how to deliver a value proposition that will blow them out of the water)

  4. How to stay top of mind for buyers that aren’t ready RIGHT NOW(most aren’t) so that when they are ready to buy, they go to you
    How to get access to off market properties(properties that the general public doesn’t know are for sale) through our off market property program so that your buyers have more properties to look at.
