Working as an individual and team

Thank you to those who joined us in November to plan the themes for Tech Space this year; all the ideas were superb. We're kicking off the first of 2020 with the most popular theme "Working as an individual and team".

This will be open for topics on all sorts of ways of working. This might be communication; how do we best collaborate, whether that be on pair programming and code reviews, shaping solutions or giving updates at your standup. But also, in a busy environment, how do you up-skill yourself and help the team around you? What does good look like as a leader in this environment? How do you help create a positive culture? How do you work with other teams?

Come along and join the conversation, let's hope we see a real mix of disciplines and experience levels; it takes all sorts after all.

This will be an Open Space format - very exciting and there is a simple goal:

"1 + 2". If you share 1 thing, you will learn 2 new things.

Come and either have a conversation, lead a discussion or present a idea. This is an open forum, so participants will share their experience...

Level of experience doesn't matter for this event, only that you are keen to learn. We'll have lot of people share what they use.
