Born in Atlanta, GA she is married with three kids, one boy and two girls. During the fall of 2009 she worked as a Property Manager managing a 250 unit community daily. One day the onsite property accountant resigned from her position. Leaving Octavia immediately responsible for completing the record keeping for the property until the position was filled again. She remember thinking to herself “I found my calling! I like this accounting stuff!” Discovering the cash flow problems of a company quickly became a true passion. Developing and implementing strategies and improvement techniques she found very rewarding.
