The Wellbeing Standup is your opportunity to star on stage for up to 7 minutes and give a taster of your favourite way of increasing wellbeing.

We’re looking for stories that will inspire others to ‘give it a go’ and ideas for action that can increase happiness in Bristol and beyond. Two of the 6 formal spots are still up for grabs, followed by some Open Mic space for those who suddenly feel bold.
