Waves ICO expert talks: incubation, regulation, execution

Waves Platform is excited to announce the second meetup in Vienna, coming to ImpactHub on April 25th! This time we will cover topics relevant to the ICO market. The agenda includes 4 keynote speakers, sharing their expert knowledge in the areas of legal compliance, ICO planning & management and business incubation. Panel discussion and AMA session will wrap up the evening. Dejan Jovicevic, CEO of DerBrutkasten, Austria's leading startup news outlet, will be the moderator of the expert panel.

Speakers include:

Dusica Lukac, a corporate and project financing/startup/ICO advisor with years of experience, well over 200m EUR in financing and 8bn+ in managed assets, will give a presentation on how to properly prepare and execute an ICO, from idea to post-ICO project management.

Oliver Völkel and Bryan Hollmann, legal experts from Austria's leading ICO-focused law firm Stadler Völkel, will give a tandem presentation. They will discuss the regulatory environment and the legal considerations of organizing an ICO in Austria, EU and the US.

Finally, Waves Labs will come to give an overview of their program of support to Waves Platform-based ICOs and projects. Waves Labs is a blockchain technology incubator, which provides strategic, technical, marketing, legal and funding support to promising projects.
