After our expert talk, Maximilian Rupp from Munich startup KONUX (https://www.konux.com) will share their story and explain how they grew, what hiring tipps they have for fellow founders and how challenging building up the right team on two continents can be. Max is Head of Recruiting or as his colleagues like to call him "Talent Acquisition Ninja" at Konux. Founded in 2014 as a sensor startup, Konux pivoted from a purely hardware-focused to a software-driven company offering data analytics as well as predictive maintenance solutions for companies such as Deutsche Bahn.

Working in corporates such as Siemens and startups such as Lyft as well, he knows all the tricks to find, attract and engage with the right people to grow your business. If you want to hire internationally, it is also no problem for Daniel: For Siemens he recruited in Brazil and Korea. He also spent some time in the US and learned the ropes there.
