Vegucated follows three New Yorkers as they attempt to go vegan for six weeks. The film follows their journey as they learn more about farming practices, the impact on their health, reading ingredient labels, and dealing with omnivorous family and friends.

Film is very omni-friendly (meat-eater friendly), as it introduces these ideas with a good dose of humor and isn't "preachy" like some films. It basically is encouraging true awareness about our food choices and the impact it has on our health, our environment, and the animals that we raise for food.
