This is a special workshop to learn how to make traditional style handmade Pickles making. Which has natural good bacteria/probiotic of all the benefits of fermentation.

- What to bring:

Indoor shoes/slippers/socks since we do not wear out side shoes in the studio mugen.

A container which fit 3~5 oz so you can take home some of Brown rice (nuka doko) bed material.

An another container if you want to buy organic fresh Natto (fermented soy beans) that we make every week.

- If you want to help to prepared and cook: apron, vegetable cutting knife and kitchen towel
