At our gatherings we typically have an opening welcome, some breakouts for networking (if desired), opening remarks, then an exploration of the proposed themes.

A Basics of Beta orientation session will be offered to first-time attendees and any others who are new to the BetaCodex.

After attending the orientation session, newcomers are welcome to participate in the themed sessions.

Sometimes these sessions get heated and go deep, so there will be breakouts to support differing levels of familiarity with the BetaCodex as well as differing levels of preferred engagement with the dialogue.

Facilitation will be guided by Open Space principles, while specific practices will vary based on enrollment and content.
