Join the 1% Better Run Club for a morning run along the James River Canal Walk 🏃🏽‍♀️✨

This meetup is:

• 🌅 Early morning vibes
• 👟 All paces welcome — walk, jog, or run
• 🤝 No runner left behind
• 🥤 Optional post-run hangout for coffee, açaí bowls, or protein shakes

What to bring:

• Comfortable running/walking shoes
• Water
• Layers (it will be December 😅)
• Your energy + best effort — not perfection
