Hey! I’m starting this group because I want to build more discipline in my daily life, and I know I’m not alone.

The challenge is simple: walk for 60 minutes every day, no excuses. Rain or shine.

But instead of doing it solo, I’d love to do it with others who care about showing up, staying consistent, and growing physically and mentally.

I’m looking for people in Amsterdam and beyond who:
– Want to commit to a daily habit that strengthens discipline
– Are up for good conversations while walking
– Value self-improvement, mindset, and meaningful connections

This isn’t a fitness group. It’s a discipline club.
We walk. We talk. We show up. Every day. One hour.
