Lessons on Company Registrations and Amendments

Good day everyone Thank you for joining this meetup group.

I created this group to offer basic 1on1 lessons on Company Registrations, Amendments to register Companies and Close Corporations as well as Trusts, submission of CIPC annual returns, deregistration and reinstatement of deregistered Companies.

Even though the intention was to have one on one lessons, I will allow two individuals on each lesson.

The lessons will be covered in November over 4 Saturdays - 2 hours per lesson, and will be structured as follows:

5 November 2016 - How to Register a Company

12 November 2016 - How to Amend a registered Company and Close Corporation

19 November 2016 - How to Register and amend a Trust

26 November 2016 - How to deregister, reinstate, and submit CIPC annual returns for a Company and a Close Corporations Time slots:

First group of two: 08:00am to 10:00am

Second group of two: 10:30am to 12:30pm

Cost:

The cost includes all the lessons and is R2 000.00 (two thousand Rands) per person. I will send you the banking details once you have confirmed that you will attend.

Venue the lessons will take place:
Uhuru Training's meeting room at 22 Long Street, Cape Town CBD PS the second time the lessons will take place is February 2017, I'll post the info here :)
