What we’re about
100 lbs Lighter STL is for people in our community who have lost 100 lbs, or those who would like to lose 100 lbs, and strive to keep living a healthy lifestyle. We recognize that there are many solutions for weight loss and we advocate health above all fads and crazes. We offer support through fitness, nutrition, and education. I look forward to meeting and helping others achieve their goals. UPDATE.... We have grown to almost 100 members! I'd like to limit new members temporarily, while we retool our group. THANK YOU
