This group is for anyone interested in beach meditations, beach yoga, outdoor exercise, pain reduction, anxiety relief and healthy living.

101 CBD was started in 2014 and founded in Ventura county. We are a Family-owned, Raw, Organic, Full-Spectrum and Locally Grown CBD Health and Wellness organization.

Through this group we'll be pairing CBD with yoga, meditation, and more, aligning our bodies and minds in the fresh air. CBD reduces inflammation, repairs nerve endings and calms the nervous system, making it a natural complement to meditative practices and outdoor exercise.

We're getting started with a sunrise beach meditation and 9am beach yoga this weekend (both complimentary). Yoga is all levels. Beginners and those with arthritis welcome!

Swing by the beach on Seaward Ave on Saturday morning for an all-levels yoga class with CBD. Complimentary. In our ocean-side yoga practice, we'll safely practice stretching and strengthening in a playful environment. CBD pairs perfectly with yoga because it creates balance and homeostasis throughout our system, reducing pain and anxiety. New students of yoga and experienced yogis are all encouraged to join in. No matter what level, we’ll all learn tools to feel invigorated and relaxed. In this morning practice we'll sample our raw, full spectrum Boost CBD. It's infused with ginseng, giving us energy and mental clarity to start the weekend off right. ----- Laura Singer is a certified E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher with 10 years teaching experience working with all levels.
