Namaste Our Family! We declare the fall-winter season open!
Every Sunday we will be holding a yoga class at a cozy, warm studio, which is one block away from Grand Plaza Hotel and Central Park!
We maintain safety procedures: sterilization, social distancing.
You are welcome to join us for 60min Vinyasa Class for stretching and flexibility at 11 am.
