Not your typical Sound Bath by any means at Wren Haven Spiritual Center.
Join us as for a Magical evening celebrating the Fall Equinox (Mabon) traveling through Various Instruments and Vibrational Sounds into a journey of seasonal changes with Shamanic Energy and Blessings.
Come journey with us as we listen to a brief guided meditation, and travel through the sounds of Nature within the season of color, coolness, Magic, and giving homage to Pachamama.
Wear the warm colors of Autumn to contribute to the building energies.
Light refreshments to be served afterwards including Sacred Cacao and a warm spicy Tea.
Drum circle and fire to follow.
