Join our new WhatsApp group for people aiming to walk 10,000 steps a day—wherever and whenever suits you best.

Whether you’re walking in a park, around your home, on a treadmill, or during your lunch break, it all counts. It’s about staying consistent, not being perfect.

In the group, we’ll:
• Share daily step counts with a screenshot or photo
• Post scenic routes, walking tips, and motivation
• Take part in regular 10K step challenges
• And every so often, we’ll meet up for relaxed group walks through London’s loveliest parks—a chance to connect in person and build real community
