Depending on how many people to join us; we all should be smudged and settled in our spots by 10:30am - so that we can follow the guided meditation to elevate our frequencies to a the hight where we can release it at 11:11am.
BEGINNING TIME: 10am
Approximate time to arrive should be around 10am. This shall give us time to talk and bond before we do the smudging and take our seats in the grid.
Immediately after the guided meditation we will learn how to do the “1 minute meditation” that we can adopt into our daily lives, whether our smart phones tell us it is 11:11am and/or 11:11pm. Connecting to the rest of our global collective consciousness does not need to take time off from your run-run daily life’s or much effort or preparation! All we need is to MAKE THE CHOICE to do so! Take 1 minute to connect to the consciousness grid is something you can do even if you are pushing your shopping cart to your car! That 1 minute will help you to rejuvenate your immune system in your mouth as you are sending your healing vibrations to the universe!
Afterwards we are free to hang out make music, chat, etc.
ENDING TIME: 12:30pm to 1pm approximately…
We should be done by 12:30pm to 1pm. You can always leave before or after.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Cleanse your body, dress in white attire, bring natural material ground cover to sit on. As you wash your body, see in your mind that the water is washing away your negative thoughts and emotions. Put white color clothes on you to remind you that you are dressed to reflect pure & high vibrational energy from your body.
We want to make ground contact for our energies to flow through. That does not mean you can’t sit on a chair! Yes you can! In order to be part of the circuit you do NOT have to sit on the floor! Not all of us have joints that can handle it.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your own choice of hydration. Hat perhaps, too. Always be prepared for the weather conditions for you know what your body needs to be comfortable.
Come to share your positive attitude and mind set. Leave all else behind!
You will be smudged with burning sage before you enter the circuit and take your spot.
You are responsible from your own health conditions and you are expected to know if you can inhale burning sage or not. If you cannot handle the smoke of the smudging; you cannot join the circle.
Be an adult who has common sense, logic! When you come be prepared to take care, be a solution etc and not someone who expects to be taken care off or who wants their ego’s needs to be fulfilled!…
Bring your music instrument. We can see if we can make music together after completing the circuit.

We are capable of so much than we think, when we are synchronize our minds and hearts TOGETHER!…
We are creatures that are capable of magic which is nothing more than advanced science!
And alone we cannot achieve this magic. Not the way we can do it together. We need each other to keep up the higher vibrations which cannot be achieved on our own!…
