Calgary Cleanup Meetup (Testing For Interest)

I love Calgary. I have lived in this city for 17 years and I don’t think I could ever leave. Unfortunately, like with all cities, our city has some issues. Lately, I’ve been trying my best to combat one of the issues I’ve seen. Litter. We may not like to admit it, but Calgary has a lot of litter. So today, I am asking for your help to help combat this issue.

On Saturday, August 26th I plan on cleaning up the Calgary riverside and pathways. I will be at the Peace bridge at 11 AM. It’s supposed to be a beautiful sunny day so dress accordingly. In exchange for you helping me out, all I can offer you is a pair of gloves, unlimited garbage bags, and my utmost thanks and gratitude. Together, let’s take pride in our city by keeping it clean and beautiful. Together, let’s be the change we want to see. And together let’s show Calgary that these issues are important by doing our part.
