Description of Topic: We will explore what the attending coaches find useful for advancing and (re)invigorating our coaching. Rather than more content, we offer an opportunity to discuss as a group what the attending coaches will find useful for placing their coaching in the context of their own and clients’ beliefs.
Given prior discussions, a possible focus for discussion could be:
-
what models/approach you use for thinking about coaching and for working with clients...can you explain yours in 5 minutes or less?
-
what do you want to know about other models out there?
-
if not this topic, what's on your mind?
