Amig@s nos vemos el próximo sábado día 19 para una excursión por las calas próximas a Blanes. La ruta será de unos 13km con un desnivel de 350 m. Es una ruta sencilla pero exigente por el calor del verano. Recuerda traer protección solar y bastante agua. La subida inicial es intensa hasta el castell de Sant Joan desde allí se ve una fantástica panorámica de toda la costa. Y después iniciar el descenso hasta las calas, donde nos podremos bañar. Comeremos en las calas por tanto debes traer tu comida. Es una zona con bastante arboleda así que será una caminata entre sol y sombra. El coste de la excursión es de 1€ para el mantenimiento del grupo. Iremos en Renfe rodalies R1. Si quieres ir directo nos vemos en Blanes en la estación de Renfe a las 11.23 h. Os esperemos!

Importante:

- El trayecto son 13 km y 350 m de desnivel.
- Buena condición física.
- Calzado y ropa cómoda para caminar.
- Toalla, bañador y crema solar. Si tienes una sombrilla también puede ser útil.
-Si quieres bañarte, es recomendable llevar escarpines.
- Botella de agua con un 1,5 litros.
- Frutos secos y comida.
- Coste por mantenimiento 1€.
- En caso de sufrir un percance el organizador no se hace responsable de los daños físicos y materiales. Cada uno debe valorar si necesita contratar un seguro de cobertura.

The initial climb is steep up to the Castell de Sant Joan, from where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the entire coast. Then we begin the descent to the coves, where we can swim. We'll eat at the coves, so you should bring your own food. It's a fairly wooded area, so it'll be a walk in both sun and shade. The cost of the hike is €1 for group maintenance.
