What we’re about

Join us for a 12-week physical health program focused on improving mental well-being! Our group is for those interested in enhancing their mental health through physical activity. Each week, we will focus on different health behaviors and learn WHY they are important, and HOW to make the change. This is a great adjunct service to those of you who are already in counseling of some kind and can also be a wonderful standalone program to get you feeling better physically and mentally.
