Reincarnation is central to the law of karma, as what you’ve done in previous life times effects the current one. Many of our limitations, beliefs, and energetic blockages have their root cause in the past lives, while others are inherited from your ancestry. At the moment of conception and during your time in the womb, you are affected by the thought and emotional energies of both parents.

During this workshop you’ll be guided on a spiritual inner journey of healing, exploring the soul plane to gain insight into your soul contract and past lives with both of your parents. You’ll be taping into your inner resources, using breath work and energetic healing to release blockages of fear, and limitation stored in the bodies energy field. The guided inner journeys will also allow you to embrace enhancing ancestral energies which may lay dormant.

In the second half of the session you’ll be looking into your life story, and reconnecting with your inner child, to rediscover that sense of joy, happiness and creativity. Some exercise’s may involve working in pairs and as a group.

The event will conclude with a sound bath using a 528hz healing pipe.

Please wear loose, warm and comfortable clothing.

The venue is very cozy and has chairs, cushions, yoga mats and blankets available, it is your option to sit or lie down during the group regressions and sound healing.
