Austin Networking Smart April Meetup

Welcome to the Austin Smart Networking Meetup! I want to tell you a little bit about the format for this meetup. We are meeting at a restaurant during lunch, but I have not reserved any specific meals for the group. Therefore, you are more than welcome to order food (I will be), but you are responsible for payment of your own ticket. I have arranged a specific space of the restaurant for us.

The Smart Networking Meetup is going to focus on a different theme each time:
This Month's theme will be:
~Identify your current support network and reconnect and Cultivate new supporters organically

Upcoming themes include:
~Where to find the right organizations for you and how to get started.
~ How to be an authentic networker in order to be personable and credible
~How to create your 15 second pitch and modify it for your audience
~How to leverage on-line networking tools like Facebook, LinkedIn and others to support networking 24/7

I will be facilitating the meetup, but there will be plenty of interaction from the group. Please do bring business cards to share - I will have a table there to display your materials.

NOTE: This MeetUp was originally scheduled for one hour - since we are moving to 1 1/2 hours, I am charging $7 instead of $5.
