Victoria has 11+ years of experience in German corporates such as SAP, Henkel, and ALDI Süd.
​In parallel to building a successful career she has conducted 100+ paid mentoring sessions and led over 30 certified group trainings. She co-founded a product management consulting firm, and built and monetized a community of over 1,000 members.

​Ekaterina Servetnik
Ekaterina brings 17+ years in consulting, customer experience, and go-to-market advising for startups and scale-ups. Formerly at Capgemini and Deloitte, she launched AI programs with Google and held leadership roles as Head of Product and CX. An INSEAD EMBA graduate and certified service design coach, she co-founded the RE:ACT Düsseldorf art/strategy community.
